Catering menu
As registered food handlers, we prepare, pack and freeze all your meals at home in advance. We have 160L freezer capacity on the lead vehicle, enabling us to defrost each evening's meal during the day's driving. It works well - check our client reviews.
Tagine (casserole) meals are given a second cooking and final seasoning in the pot. BBQ meals are seasoned and grilled from scratch on a charcoal braai, having been treated with a herb rub before freezing. Either way you are assured a feast.
